To my valued patients,

As many of you know, in March of this year there was a fire in the building where our office is located. Due to this fire we have been forced to relocate into a temporary dental facility behind the building in the parking lot. We have been patiently waiting for the building manager to begin renovations but at this time renovations have not started and there is no timetable for this. We cannot start renovating our office until the building is cleaned and brought back to its original state. As such, we have been considering our options.

As a result of these occurrences, and the fact that there is no schedule to renovate, we have made the difficult decision that reopening the practice is not feasible. We will continue to see patients to finish treatment plans until mid November. At that time the office will be closing permanently.

If you have insurance or Medicaid I urge you to contact your insurance company or Medicaid for a referral as soon as possible so that your dental health is not interrupted. Private patients can select a dentist of your choice.

It is with great sadness that we are closing. It has truly been an honor and pleasure serving you, my patients. You will be missed I assure you.

Thank you for your understanding. Please stay well.
